Ancho Dry Peppers Stuffed with Carne Asada and Topped with Queso Blanco Easy Melt Cheese Recipe from Gordo’s Foodservice

First, rehydrate dried ancho peppers in a pot filled with hot water for around 15 mins. Next, chop onions and carne asada and fry together in a splash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Then add some cherry tomatoes and cook until desired readiness. Once the peppers have been in the hot water, remove and cut in half, discard the seeds. Stuff the peppers with the cooked asada mixture and top with Gordo’s Foodservice Queso Blanco Easy Melt Cheese. Torch Melt the cheese for extra flavor. Top with pomegranate seeds.

Start by dicing potatoes and cook in boiling water until soft. Dice a cup of onion and some cilantro. Add diced onion, cilantro, and softened potatoes to pan and fry together. Then add eggs to the fry pan mixture, salt, pepper, and mix together. Heat a flour tortilla, add your burrito egg fillings, and top with Gordo’s Queso Blanco Easy Melt Cheese.

First cut potatoes in half and put into to boiling water to cook. Once the potatoes are done cooking, place them, flat cut side up onto a plate. Top with Gordo’s Foodservice Queso Blanco Easy Melt Cheese. Torch Melt the cheese for an extra flavor boost.

Quesabirria with La Querida® White EZ Melt from Gordo’s Foodservice

This time Chef Oscar shows how to prepare the recipe for Quesabirria with La Querida® White EZ Melt from Gordo’s Foodservice.

In a pan start by heating the corn tortillas. In a different pan cook carne asada seasoned with Chili Ancho and Chili Guajillo powders, dried cloves, oregano, salt and pepper-all available from Gordo’s Foodservice. Add some whole cherry tomatoes to the carne and let cook. Add a bit of water to the carne asada and let thicken until sauce has formed. Next coat the tortillas with some of the sauce from the carne asada mixture. Place the coated tortillas to a hot flattop or pan. While tortillas cook, add some carne asada mixture and top everything with La Querida® White EZ Melt.

Ratatouille Tostada with La Querida® White EZ Melt from Gordo’s Foodservice

In this video Chef Oscar is teaching us how to make Ratatouille Tostada, made with La Querida® White EZ Melt from Gordo’s Foodservice.

Start by frying a corn tortilla. Next start thinly slicing some tomatoes, green squash, and yellow squash. You want to make sure that the vegetables follow that order. Then slice some mushrooms in half. Sear vegetables and mushrooms until brown, adding salt and pepper. Once brown add water to pan to make steam. Top the fried corn tortilla, which should be a tostada, with seared vegetables, mushrooms, and La Querida® White EZ Melt. Torch the dish to melt cheese and decorate with sliced avocado to finish.

Veggie burrito
6oz La Querida Melting Cheese
1 Medium Zucchini
1 Medium Yellow Squash
4 Cherry Tomato
4oz Spinach 
2 @10” Flour Tortilla
2 TableSpoons Olive Oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Cut,diced & Sautéed All vegetables together
For 5 Minutes cook al dente.

Salsa Verde
6 Tomatillos diced or pureed
1/2 Fresh Jalapeño
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 Bunch of Fresh Cilantro
1/2 cup of Water
Cook All ingredients for 6 minutes & blend together add salt & pepper.

4oz Gordo Yellow Jalapeño Cheese Dip
2oz Gordo Sour Cream
1oz La Querida Diced Cheese
8oz Tortilla Chips
1 Serrano pepper sliced
Heat the Cheese & top onto the Chips with the topping your like.

La Querida Mini Tacos

Serves 2 people
3oz La Querida Yellow Cheese
6oz fresh ground Turkey
1/4 diced onion
1 diced tomato
2oz shave lettuce
1oz Gordo sour cream
2 tablespoon olive oil
Sal & pepper to taste
Sautéed add olive oil, Turkey, onion, tomato, Cook for 10 minutes medium Heat.
Warm tortillas add meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce & sour cream.
